We may collect account details, profile information, business contact information, uploaded images, links, card content, usage activity, and payment or subscription status if paid features are enabled.

We use this information to provide BrandCards, generate and display your cards, support QR and public profile links, maintain your account, improve the product, prevent abuse, and communicate service updates.
Public content
Information you add to a public BrandCard profile may be visible to anyone with the link or QR code. Do not publish information you do not want shared publicly.
Third-party services
BrandCards may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payments, email, and image generation. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.
Your choices
You can update or delete your BrandCard content from your account. To request account deletion or privacy help, contact us at paul@323works.com.
